I'd like to say I chose the arewethereyetarewethereyet.com domain name because typing that phrase twice exemplifies the labor-intensive exercise that is traveling with children.  Actually, that sounds pretty good.  Maybe I will say that.  But, that's sort of ignoring that arewethereyet.com was already taken and I really, really liked that name.  In my defense, I tried out a bunch of alternates, but they just didn't work:

Guest Blogger: The Missus

I've been going at this blog thing a whole three days now, so it seems about time to call for reinforcements.  My travel partner/wife (and, frankly, the one who bears the brunt of the kid duties while we travel) will provide a weekly "Mother's Day" entry every Wednesday.  Today's Thursday?  Okay, it'll appear this Thursday, then every Wednesday after this one.  Give or take.
